Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the Atioko website and application. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. For questions, contact us on X.

You are responsible for the information submitted through your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

If you use Atioko for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to connect its website, publishing destinations, and other services.

You retain your rights in the material you provide to Atioko. You give Atioko permission to store and process that material, including through service providers, only as needed to provide and protect the service. You must have permission to provide conversations, content, and data from other people or services.

You are responsible for reviewing generated briefs, drafts, and published content for accuracy, rights, and suitability before relying on or distributing them. Search rankings and AI citations depend on third-party systems and are not guaranteed.

When you connect a website, publishing platform, analytics source, or distribution channel, you authorize Atioko to access and use that connection for the features and publishing mode you choose. Suggested mode lets you select opportunities, Draft Autopilot prepares content for review, and Full Autopilot may publish automatically when enabled.

You can disconnect integrations or change your publishing mode in the application. A connected service may have its own terms and privacy practices.

Do not use Atioko to violate the law, infringe another person's rights, send harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, or publish material you have no right to use. Do not interfere with the service or other customers' use of it.

The pricing page lists the monthly plan prices before applicable tax and the publishing cadence. A payment provider processes payments. Your subscription renews automatically each month at the price shown at checkout unless you cancel before the next renewal.

You can cancel your subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and you keep access until then. We do not offer discretionary refunds for a period that has already started, including for articles already delivered. This does not limit any refund or withdrawal rights that applicable law gives you.

We show applicable taxes and any additional website charges before you confirm a purchase.

Features and integrations may change as Atioko develops. We may suspend access when necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address a material breach of these terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you when practical.

You can request account deletion by contacting us on X. Keep account details out of public posts. We delete active customer data immediately when the account is deleted, subject to records we must keep by law and provider recovery history. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
